The jackpot of friday night was $494 million with the cash option of $248 million

 jackpot  of $494 million won two tickets holders tickets sold in California and Florina.

 Winning ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven convenience store in San Jose, Calif., according to the California Lottery website.

 The second ticket was also sold at a 7-Eleven in Fort Myer The winners have yet to be identified.

The ticket holder has two options, either choose the $247.9 million prize or a cash option of roughly $123.9 million.

Only a few states nationwide allow theek jackpot  winners to remain anonymous.

Three other winners came close from New Jersey, North Carolina and Texas, only missing the Mega Ball. 

They will take home the consolation prize of $1 million
